If you’re experiencing connectivity issues such as elevated ping then you will need to provide us with an MTR report which is used to diagnose connectivity issues. We will forward these reports to our host’s networking provider where they can use the results to fix any issues.
- Download MTR from the official website: https://sourceforge.net/projects/winmtr/files/latest/download
- Extract the files
- Go to the downloaded folder with the new file
- Right click the file and click “Extract All…”
- Navigate into the
WinMTR_x64 folder
- Run
WinMTR.exe , once opened it will look like this:

- In the “Host” field type the game server’s IP that you’re having issues connecting to
- Will be provided by staff member and will look like
eu-2x-duo.vex.gg or 86.54.213.9

- Click “Start”
- Now we wait, depending on what situation you’re in:
- If you’re having higher ping than usual then wait for 3 minutes
- If you’re getting intermittent disconnects, wait until you are disconnected, and then 30 seconds after that as well. If you didn’t disconnect for more than 5 minutes after running please restart the test.
- Click “Export TEXT”, save the file with any name and upload it in the ticket. If you don’t already have a ticket please create a new one and describe your issue in one sentence and include the diagnostics file data.
We will share this data with our host and host’s networking provider to help them resolve the issues you’re experiencing.
